Megaport Internet Promotional Offer – Terms & Conditions

Offer Overview


1. This promotional pricing applies to eligible Megaport Internet services ordered during the promotional period. The pricing applies when connecting in the UK:
  • 1Gbps Megaport Internet with 10Gb Port: £450 per month
  • 10Gbps Megaport Internet with 10Gb Port: £599 per month
  • 100Gbps Megaport Internet with 100Gb Port: £3,999 per month (available by exception only)

2. Eligibility

  • This offer is available to new and existing Megaport customers.

3. Promotional Period

  • The promotional period described in these Terms and Conditions was originally scheduled to end on 31st Dec 2025. Megaport has extended the promotional period, and the promotion will now remain available until 31st June 2026. All other terms of the promotion remain unchanged.

4. Contract Term

  • All services provisioned under this promotion require a 36-month minimum term.

5. Promotional pricing does not include:

  • Local cross-connect or provider-imposed charges;
  • Taxes and regulatory fees;
  • The Downstream ASN feature; or
  • Any additional Megaport services, including but not limited to Megaport Cloud Router (MCR) and Megaport Virtual Edge (MVE).

6. General Conditions

  • Megaport may modify or withdraw this promotion at any time before an order is accepted.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly approved in writing by Megaport.
