Eligibility & Participation
  • To qualify, Participants must:
    1. Be new Megaport customers located in the United States;
    2. Complete the campaign contact form;
    3. Create a Megaport account;
    4. Activate a Megaport connection within the Offer Period; and
    5. Be a corporate entity registered in the United States.
  • Participation is subject to verification by Megaport. We reserve the right to decline issuance if the eligibility criteria are not met.
Offer Details
  • Eligible participants will receive $500 USD in Megaport service credits and 1 free Megaport-branded T-shirt.
  • Service credits may only be applied toward any Megaport service available in the Megaport portal, provided that any condition for the provision of those services are met (including any minimum order quantity or required port connection).
  • All services will be governed by the terms in the Megaport Global Services Agreement available at www.megaport.com/legal.
Availability & Duration
  • Offer is limited to the first 50 qualified participants, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • This limited-time offer ends December 31, 2025, or once all 50 spots are claimed (Offer Period)—whichever occurs first.
Limitations & Conditions
  • Unused service credits will expire within 90 days from issuance date.
  • T-shirt sizes and styles are subject to availability.
  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Limited to one redemption per company.
  • The Offer is not valid for any reseller account.
  • Eligible participants will be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable for the Megaport service ordered by the participant. Any order submitted in excess of $500 will be payable by the participant.
Additional Terms
  • Megaport reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, for any reason. In the event of termination, any unused credits already issued will remain subject to these terms.
  • Service credit and t-shirt delivery is subject to successful verification of participant's eligibility.
  • Megaport reserves the right to withhold, cancel or void any credits for any suspected misuse, fraudulent or unlawful activities or inaccurate submissions.
  • Megaport will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss arising from or related to this Promotion.
