Megaport Internet Exchange (IX) Promotional Offer – Terms & Conditions

Offer Overview


1. This promotional pricing applies to eligible Megaport MegaIX port and IX service bundle, ordered during the promotional period. Port and IX locations must be ordered in Frankfurt, Germany.

  • 100G MegaIX port for EUR 799 excluding tax per month.
  • 400G MegaIX port for EUR 2400 excluding tax per month.

2. Eligibility

  • This offer is available to new and existing Megaport customers connecting to MegaIX Frankfurt, Germany for the first time.

3. Promotional Period
  • Orders must be submitted on or before 15th March 2026 to qualify.
  • The promotion will continue until 15th March 2026.
  • Eligible services ordered during the promotional period will continue at promotional pricing after the end of the promotional period.

4. Contract Term

  • All services provisioned under this promotion require at least a 12-month minimum term.
  • Early termination fees may apply if you terminate a service during the minimum term.

5. Promotional pricing does not include:

  • Local cross-connect or provider-imposed charges;
  • Taxes and regulatory fees;
  • Any additional Megaport services, including but not limited to Megaport Cloud Router (MCR) and Megaport Virtual Edge (MVE).

6. General Conditions

  • Megaport may modify or withdraw this promotion at any time. Megaport will have no liability to the customer for any modification, suspension, or withdrawal of the promotion.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly approved in writing by Megaport.
  • Megaport’s services are governed by the Global Services Agreement available at megaport.com/legal/global-services-agreement/
